This Trainer's Guide takes trainers step by step through the setting up of a 40-hour course using the materials in the book to improve Your Business Basics. Few publications are simple and clear enough to be easily understood by people who have not been exposed to business training, and yet still communicate the basic management skills required by entrepreneurs to run small businesses successfully. Improve Your Business Basics attempts to fill that gap.
